Amber and medium clarity color. Instead of an aroma, we can talk about a bouquet of aromas (as in old red wines), as we have the characteristic aroma of the pine forest combined with those of earth and clay, peach, orange, green tea and jasmine. There is a very nice balance in the taste, where tannins and acidity are “tied” by a very delicious sweet sensation. The grape varieties for this wine are 50% Assyrtiko, 50% Malagouzia
