Returns & Exchanges Policy

All the products you will find at the Apostolidis Estate are tried and tested suggestions and not just some products we found on the market and decided to include on our pages. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us or make a change in size/color/type, as long as the corresponding conditions are met: They must be in their original condition, i.e. they must be unused and with their packaging intact. Returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, used or are missing their packaging are not accepted. RETURNS

    • Returns are made within 10 working days from the day you received. In order to make a return, the proof of purchase that you received with your order must be included in the package so that we can cancel it.
    • Shipping for the return of the parcel is done exclusively via COURIER at our own charge (which is deducted at the end from the refund). (Returns from Cyprus are made upon consultation)
  • The refund is made within 5-10 working days from the day we receive it, either through a deposit to your account if you have placed the order with cash on delivery or with a refund to your card if you have placed the order with a credit card /debit/paypal. The amount refunded is the total value of the products minus the return shipping costs of €2 which are charged to you

CHANGES

Changes in size/color/type are made within 10 working days from the day you received.

  • The change process is initiated by us at a cost of 3 euros with cash on delivery. We send you the new product and to the same distributor who will deliver it to you, you give the product that does not work for you, for return. Of course, the returned product must be in the condition you received it (with its packaging and unused)
  • If the value of the new purchase is greater than the value of the products you return to us, you pay the difference upon receipt, plus the €3 replacement costs. If the value of the new purchase is less, we return the difference to you by bank deposit or refund to your card if you have placed the order by credit/debit/paypal, deducting the 3€ of replacement costs.

 

Product returns due to delivery error

In all cases in which other than the sold items are delivered, by type or quantity or lacks a quality previously agreed in writing with www.domaineapostolidi .gr the customer returns the products to check and determine the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of re-promotion to the customer are borne by the COMPANY as long as the method of return proposed by the company is followed.

Returns of defective products

In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, as long as this is verified by the authorized repairer who provides the guarantee of good operation or in the event that www.domaineapostolidi.gr directly provides the guarantee of good operation, the following applies: The guarantee is provided for a limited period of time which is indicated in the detailed product characteristics. After the end of this period or repair, the replacement of the products is possible for an additional fee after a new agreement with the customer. If it is a defect found later after delivery and the packaging is not there, or also if the product packaging was received by the distributors when the item was delivered, product packaging is not required. The return of the products will be carried out either by www.domaineapostolidi.gr personnel and means of transport or by courier, nationwide. In the case of returns by courier, the customer bears the shipping costs to www.domaineapostolidi.gr and www.domaineapostolidi.gr bears the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product. Returns of products deemed defective on delivery (DOA)

The return of the products, which are considered defective on delivery (DOA) will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. In these cases the following applies: The product is received and checked to determine the defect reported by the CUSTOMER. Provided that these have been previously received and checked by www.domaineapostolidi.gr, the item will be replaced with a similar new one, or in case of non-availability with another new product of similar quality and price, otherwise in case the customer does not wish for a replacement, the money of the original purchase will be refunded to the customer. Safe products – Warranty terms

The products available from www.domaineapostolidi.gr are durable products that carry all the necessary certification of safe operation. The products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for those specific to the use of machines) and by a written guarantee of good operation of a reasonable duration, in the Greek language. The warranty of the device has a duration according to the manufacturer from the date of its purchase and allows the repair of the problem free of charge, as long as the following conditions are met: The warranty of the agency and proof of purchase of the device must be present. The fixed components of the device must not have been altered (Serial number -SerialNo.) Damage must not be excluded based on the manufacturer’s warranty form. In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Decree-Law 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution process (ADR) is now provided throughout the European Union. Right of withdrawal without reason

In accordance with the provisions of article 4 par.10 of Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/November 16, 1994) in conjunction with the Joint Ministerial Decision (K.Y.A.Z1-891/30.8.2013 ), the consumer has the right to withdraw without reason from the remote purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this context, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, you can return the purchased products only if:

  • They are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, in their original condition, absolutely perfect, in their factory packaging, unused, unopened, and without damage to the products or their packaging
  • Accompanied by all necessary documents proving your transaction (Invoice/Proof of Purchase)

Costs for returning products via post, courier or transport company to our company are not covered by the company and are entirely borne by the sender/customer and the delivery of the products should done at our company’s headquarters * It is pointed out that the responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of the product during the shipment for the return of the product, rests with the customer until the product is received by our company.

Refund Process

The refund of the amount related to the product to be returned will be completed within five (5) days from the date of receipt by our company. The methods of return depend on the payment method of each order.

  • In the event that payment for the order was made by credit/debit card before the withdrawal and return of the product, the Company is obliged to inform the bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the return of the money to your card .
  • In the event that payment for the order was made via bank transfer, our Company will deposit the money for the withdrawal and return of the product to a bank account indicated in writing by the customer.
  • In the event that payment for the order was made by Cash on Delivery to Courier, the Company will deposit the money for the withdrawal and return of the product to a bank account indicated in writing by the customer.
  • In the case of payment with cash at the store, if the customer had chosen “collection from the store”, it will be done by returning his money to him in cash at the store where he received the product .

 

Product Return Procedure

If you received via Courier or Via Transport Agency:

  1. Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping.
  2. Place inside the package that you have made a document in which we are quoted the way in which you wish to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is deemed suitable for s return as well as the proof of purchase (Retail Receipt / Invoice)
  3. Send the parcel, via Courier or the transport agency from which you received your order, to our company headquarters, at the address: Dialekto, 64200 Kavala, Greece. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

** We would like to point out to you that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.


Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of the order can be done, at all stages of processing the order, as long as the shipment of the goods has not taken place and they are still in our store. If you have received the Completion-Shipment message (email) of your order, it means that your order is no longer in our hands, but has been handed over to the transport company to deliver it to you, according to the order you placed in our store.
